Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you full command over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
